Digital Camera: Use a digital camera of 4 mega-pixels or more. Set the camera’s image resolution to the highest setting. Take photos as close to your subject as possible so that they fill at least 50% of the frame.

Image Format: Digital Photo or Graphic images should be saved as JPEG level 10 format. If you plan to modify your images in an editing application such as Adobe Photoshop, save your working files in the .PSD format, then save a copy for us as a JPEG level 10. JPEGs are high quality files in a compressed format that allow them to transfer quickly over the Internet.

Color Mode: Color images must be in CMYK color mode. Grayscale images may also be used. If your files are submitted using any other color standard, such as RGB or Pantone, they will be converted to CMYK during our preflight process.
