How do I order?
The process is simple. Click on the Create tab, upload your favorite digital photo or original design, select a material/s and size/s and pay with any major credit card. You will receive your order in 7-14 days.

How can I get the best results?
Use a 4-megapixel (or higher) camera set to the highest resolution and take sharp, in-focus pictures of the subject matter. Subject matter that fills the frame more than 50% yields the best results. 

What file formats should I use?
Digital images should be sent to us in JPEG format. If you plan to modify your images in in an application such as Adobe Photoshop, save your working files in the .PSD format, then save a copy for us as a JPEG level 10. JPEG's are high quality files in a compressed format that makes them transfer more quickly over the Internet.

What are my payment options?
Wall-ah.com accepts secure online payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Is my order information secure?
Yes, we use the most current SSL (Secure Socket Layers) to provide you with the best protection. 

After I approve my order, when will it arrive?
All orders ship by USPS within 5 business days. We ship from the San Francisco Bay Area and your delivery time will depend on the shipments distance and the method you select. The normal order to delivery time is less than 10 days.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If we make an error in the printing process, you can return the graphic to us in the original packing via USPS within 10 days and Wall-ah.com will replace your order at no additional charge. All we ask is that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive your return authorization (and make sure we do not delete your image file).

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel a job that has been submitted, you must speak directly with a Wall-ah.com representative, you may not cancel by sending an email or leaving a voice mail. Since every order is a custom job, you will be responsible for full payment for any work done up to the time of your call.

What is it?
A Wall-ah.com wall graphic is a bigger than life image made from your unique digital photograph or original design that will adhere to a flat, smooth, painted wall or any other clean flat surface. We use the latest hi-resolution 6-color digital printing for images that are brilliant, durable and fade free.

Is it safe on my wall?
Yes. A Wall-ah.com wall graphic is printed on a patented removable adhesive vinyl that is safe for application to any flat, smooth, painted wall. The special adhesive allows you to apply it and remove it without leaving behind any adhesive residue. 

Is it hard to apply?
No. An individual can easily apply the smaller images, but we recommend you ask a friend for assistance applying images longer than 48”. We will send you complete instructions with your order. Remember if you make a mistake, the special removable adhesive allows you to apply it and reposition it. Take your time and you’ll have great results.

Will you cut the background away?
Yes, or no, depending on which you prefer. Please indicate your instructions in the "comments area" when placing your order. There’s no additional charge to do the cutout.

Can I see a proof before it is printed?
We will process your order and email you a content proof within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once it’s approved, we’ll begin production and ship your order within 3-5 business days. Most customers receive their order within 14 business days.

- Vinyl Decal

What is it?
A Wall-ah.com vinyl decal is a bigger than life image made from your unique digital photograph on premium adhesive material designed for automobile wrap applications. Tuff enough to go through the car wash but not so tuff it can’t be removed later on. The decal adhesive has air channels for a bubble free application.

Can I stick it anywhere?
No! There are many surfaces which are unsuitable for this material should you wish to remove it later on. It is not removable from painted interior walls or wallpaper and will certainly damage the finish when peeled up. We recommend you test a small area of the desired location with a piece of the material before installing your complete graphic. 

Is it removable?
Yes, but removal will require some effort. We will send you complete instructions with your order. Warming the decals surface is recommend, and using a hairdryer on a low heat setting makes it even easier to remove. Once removed, this decal cannot be re-used.

- Vinyl Banners

What is it?
Our vinyl banners are photo quality custom printed directly onto premium flexible banner vinyl using our high-end digital printing equipment. Your photo or design is made to order on 13 oz. nylon reinforced flexible vinyl material. Printed on 1 side only, with vivid ink that is weather and UV resistant for up to 3 years. Banners are finished on 4 sides with either a taped or stitched hem and 4 grommets. We cannot contour cut this material.

- Paper Posters

What is it?
Wall-ah.com custom posters are printed on 6 mil photorealistic poster paper with a gloss finish. We do not contour cut these posters.
